The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Some scratches and nicks to the metal throughout, consistent with normal wear. Some traces of solder. Clip fittings with good tension. Earrings with retractable loop to attach the pendants with hook fittings.
- Additional marks: rubbed French assay marks for gold to the side of the fitting.
- Emeralds: measure 10.9 - 13.9 x 17.0 - 18.0 mm and 9.0 - 13.7 x 17.0 - 18.0 mm (Gem & Pearl Laboratory) - with typical natural inclusions, numerous surface reaching, with scratches and nicks throughout.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 5.00 - 5.50 carats, assessed to be on average I to J colour, mainly SI clarity, a few I clarity (with chipped examples).
