- Overall condition good. Scratches and nicks to the metal throughout, consistent with normal wear. Some small areas of tarnish. Necklace clasp secure, with safety catch. Earclip fittings with good tension.
- Additional marks: Italian 750 marks, necklace with maker's mark 'star 186 TO' (unidentified).
- Coins: with typical patina and some areas of abrasions commensurate with age.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 0.30 - 0.50 carat.
