The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Some small scratches to the metal, consistent with normal wear. Bracelet clasp secure, earrings with clip fittings, one with slightly better tension than the other.
- Additional marks: earrings stamped 750, bracelet unsigned.
- Cultured pearls: of white body colour, with rose and green overtones, round, with some blemishes, medium lustre (slightly higher lustre on the earrings), some pitting and wear to nacre. One of the pearls with small patch of missing nacre revealing the bead beneath, however this is to the reverse of the pearl and is not visible when worn. Pearls on bracelet on average measure approximately 8.3 mm, on earrings 6.5 - 6.8 mm.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 2.00 - 3.00 carats, assessed to be on average I to J colour, VS to SI clarity.
