The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
- Overall condition good. Scratches and nicks to the metal throughout, consistent with normal wear. With security spring fitted to the inner band.
- Additional marks: signed WEBB, 18K.
- Rubies: the principal ruby measures approximately 14.35 x 9.90 x 8.85 mm, calculated to weigh approximately 10.00 - 12.00 carats, with typical inclusions, some surface reaching, some scratches, nicks, abrasion marks and small chips to the surface, in particular to the oval-shaped cabochon. Principal ruby moves very slightly in the mounting, but set securely.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 3.00 - 3.50 carats, H to I colour, VS to SI clarity.
