- Overall condition good. Some scratches to the metal throughout, consistent with normal wear. One link to the pendant bail split (open, not soldered shut like the other links), but secure. Evidence of repair and traces of solder to the spectacle settings and links. Clasp secure.
- Additional marks: bail stamped 950, Pt, maker's mark 'GL' possibly for Gerhard Luksch; clasp stamped 585, ring stamped 750, partial maker's mark 'GL' possibly for Gerhard Luksch.
- Diamonds: diamond cross total weight approximately 15.00 - 17.00 carats, diamond chain total weight approximately 35.00 - 38.00 carats, assessed to be on average I to K colour, VS to SI clarity, a few I clarity. The diamonds set in the cross range from approximately 1.05 to 2.20 carats.
