The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
- Overall condition good. Wear commensurate with age. Some small traces of solder and small evidence of restoration. Chain possibly later added. Clasp secure.
- Additional mark: bolt ring stamped 750.
- Natural pearl: of light greenish yellow body colour, with orient overtones, good lustre, with typical variation to nacre, some small blemishes and pits throughout, a few more noticeable blemishes to the reverse.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 2.20 - 2.50 carats, assessed to be on average H to J colour, VS to SI clarity.
