The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Minor signs of wear. Necklace and bracelet clasps secure, with safety catches. Earrings with retractable post and clip fittings. Case with signs of wear.
- Bracelet width 2.4 cm.
- Additional marks: necklace, bracelet and ring stamped 750 and with indistinct mark, earrings with Italian 750 mark.
- Emeralds: with numerous typical inclusions, some surface reaching, some scratches and a few small chips to facet edges.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 38.00 - 40.00 carats, assessed to be on average G to I colour, mainly VS clarity, a few SI clarity.
