The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Some scratches and nicks to the metal throughout, consistent with normal wear. Some small areas of tarnish and traces of solder. Some glue residue present to the pearls, possibly later added. Detachable frame with double pin fittings, with single safety catch. Each clip brooch with double pin fitting, the emerald pendant with a pendant loop and hook to the reverse.
- Metal unsigned.
- Emerald: measures approximately 47.30 x 24.51 x 8.60 mm, calculated to weigh very approximately 80.00 - 100.00 carats, with typical inclusions, a few eye visible and surface reaching.
- Pearls: of white to cream body colour, with rose and green overtones, slightly baroque-shaped, with some blemishes.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 14.00 - 16.00 carats, assessed to be on average I to J colour, VS to SI clarity.
