The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Minor signs of wear. Detachable brooch fitting with single pin, with safety catch. Retractable suspension loop to the reverse to attach diamond-set bail for wear as a pendant. Could be worn as a bracelet if attached to a ribbon.
- Metal unsigned.
- Sapphire: 10.38 carats (SSEF and Gübelin) - measures 12.14 x 10.85 x 8.23 mm, with very few typical natural inclusions, some small nicks to the girdle. Accompanied by Gübelin Gemstone Rating, 2025: outstanding with a gemstone rating of 91.8 Gübelin points.
- Diamonds: the eight principal diamonds weigh approximately 2.50 - 3.00 carats total, assessed to be on average I to J colour, VS to SI clarity. Total diamond weight approximately 5.50 - 6.50 carats.
