- Overall condition good. Some small scratches to the metal throughout, consistent with normal wear. Some small traces of solder. Each with double pin fitting, the single safety catches possibly of later addition. With bar fittings to the reverse to allow attaching a frame to hold the clips together (frame is deficient).
- Additional marks: signed Le Roy et Fils Ltd., larger brooch numbered, smaller brooch with rubbed/indistinct number.
- Diamonds: total diamond weight approximately 25.00 - 28.00 carats, assessed to be on average G to I colour, VS to SI clarity, very few I clarity.
