The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Some small scratches to the metal, consistent with normal wear. Some small areas of tarnish to the clasp. Clasp secure, with safety catch.
- Metal unsigned.
- Natural pearls: of white to cream, soft rose and golden body colour, with rose and green overtones, overall good lustre, round, near round and oval-shaped, a few barrel-shaped, drilled, with typical variation to nacre but generally in good condition overall, some small blemishes and pits, a few with more noticeable blemishes.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 1.00 - 1.20 carats, assessed to be I to J colour, mainly SI clarity.
