The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Some small scratches to the metal throughout, consistent with normal wear. Evidence of repair to one of the earrings. Necklace and bracelet clasps secure. Earring with post and clip fittings. Case with some minor signs of wear.
- Additional marks: 'SAJ' possibly for Saudi Arabia Jewellery, earrings with Italian 750 mark.
- Rubies: with typical inclusions, a few surface reaching, some scratches and a few small chips to facet edges.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 28.00 - 32.00 carats, assessed to be on average G to I colour, mainly VS clarity, a few SI clarity.
