This painting shows some discoloration to the brown background with some greyish tones overall. The yellow and gold pigments remain strong overall. the painting also shows damage and marks from droplets. There is an area of creasing and loss to the bottom right corner affecting the torso and arms of the seated figure of Shiva. The opposite corner also shows creasing whilst the corner scuffed and show losses. The margins are scuffed and creased with losses along those and to the edges.
