Opaque pigments heightened with gold on paper, the noble man wears a plain white turban and a red tunic, facing right, depicted mounted on his richly harnessed hunting steed, with hawking drum attached to the saddle, holding a falcon on his gloved right arm and extending his left hand towards a woodcutter carrying a load of wood on his back, in a mountainous landscape, a fortified city in the background, framed in aubergine and cream margins, in white, gold, blue and red rules, laid on card with purple borders and orange rules
