Condition report
A Christie's specialist may contact you to discuss this lot or to notify you if the condition changes prior to the sale.
The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The folio is trimmed to what is visible on the catalogue image. The copper green pigments from the marginal medallion (outlining the inner almond-shaped medallion with the inscription) have corroded through the paper and this area is now very fragile. Copper green pigments from a consecutive folio, formerly attached to the present folio have left a circular mark in the margin. There are some minor stains in places. The folio is in good condition overall. It is double-sided.
