The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This painting presents as clean overall. However, it does show some areas of flaking and losses notably to the sky, priests and architectural areas. The white pigments are the most affected. The green background appears to have been retouched and shows areas of repainting either sides of the deity, close to the bent elbow and near the raised hand. The added wide red borders are slightly loose, and also show some flaking with some losses to the edges.
