The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is generally in good condition and the media remain generally strong.
Executed on paper and laid down on card (contemporary with date when the drawing was made). There is some scuffing along the edges and there is a circa 3 cm. tear in the upper left corner. There is some slight overall discoloration to the paper, but it is otherwise in good condition. There are some pigment losses in the sky, and watercolour has faded, but the drawing otherwise presents well. Framed.
