The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Both sheets are in fairly good condition overall and the media remain generally strong.
There are some paper losses along the edges and there are some scattered scratches (mainly on the view from Capodimonte). There are some tiny tears along the edges and there is a circa 3 cm. tear in the view of the bay of Naples with Posillipo. There are some occasional scattered smudges and stains and there are some brown stains in the lower right quadrant of the view of the bay of Naples with Posillipo.
