The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The exterior in very good condition, a few scuffs and scratches to the bindings some causing discolouration, a few scratches and dents, some resulting in minor losses, a few white marks, scratches to the hardware, a few scuffs to the canvas, a few dirt and white marks to the canvas, several dirt marks in lines forming one large circular mark to the back, both handles in excellent condition both with a few minor scuffs and scratches; the interior, clean and fresh, some discolouration to the poppers on the suede flaps, the top compartment with one small blue mark to the base, a few dents to the base of the second, the padding coming away along the seam at the base of the second compartment, glue marks also to this edge.
