Lot Essay

This was the final look in the 'Serengeti Sunset' collection, which was inspired by the 'vast open skies of the Serengeti and the ever changing colors of the African sunset. Penelope Cruz wore this gown to the 83rd Academy Awards, accompanied by her husband Javier Bardem, on 27 February 2011.
