Lot Essay

'I was filming in London when L’Wren and I first met. We became instant friends as she opened up her and Mick’s home to me as they had me over for dinners every night. L’Wren was a beautiful hostess and made every dinner feel special. For this event, I had just finished filming and came straight to the house and L’Wren had her glam team waiting as she instructed them on how to style my hair and makeup. This was effortless for L’Wren. Whether she was putting together a Tuesday night meal, Thanksgiving dinner or a night to celebrate fashion, she always knew exactly what things should look and feel like and she was always, always right. She brought so much glamour and elegance to the world and I’m so happy we are celebrating her. I miss my friend.' - Olivia Munn

Olivia Munn wore this dress to attend the Harper's Bazaar 'Woman of the Year Awards' at Claridge's Hotel on 5 November 2013. Cathy Horyn in her New York Times' review of the AW 2013-14 collection wrote, 'This was easily her boldest group of tailoring, prints and embroidery, all based on Gustav Klimt and his muse Adele Bloch-Bauer. The collection was intense, giddy and no doubt for Ms. Scott a different way to tease her sense of fantasy.'
