Penelope Cruz wore this dress to attend the Paris premiere of the film 'Nine' on 18 February 2010. The colour and style is redolent of 'Madame du Barry', Spring-Summer 2010, although this model did not appear on the runway. The collection celebrated the colour ‘pink’ in its myriad shades. In a back-stage interview for the Spring 2010 collection held at the Gagosian gallery in New York, Scott said 'I was very inspired by my peony garden in the moonlight and that sparked the whole direction of my collection.’
