The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Sheet floats freely. Faintly mat-stained and light-stained. Artist's tack-holes to the four corners and upper center edge. Right edge deckled. Small paper losses to the upper left and lower right corners. A few flattened creases to the left and upper right corners, a few further along the upper edge. A few scuff marks in places. A few small dots and pinpoints of foxing. The line is strong. No restorations detected. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work is in overall good condition.
