The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description, with wide margins (the left and right sheet edges slightly uneven), the reddish brown slightly attenuated, mat staining, occasional pinpoint touched-in areas in the red and green ink (presumably from the time of production), occasional creases in places (primarily in the margins), vertical creasing (primarily in the left margin, slightly extending into the image), a few short tears at the left sheet edge, tape remains in places on the reverse sheet edges (showing through), and other lesser defects, framed
