The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. All elements appear to be present and adhere well to the underlying support. There are some surface irregularities in places, coherent with the artist's working process. There are handling marks and some signs of wear to the wooden frame. There are two small material losses, one in the upper centre and another one in the lower right quadrant. Examined under UV light there are traces of inpainting invisible in places, most notably a horizontal retouch of circa 9cm. in the centre right and two vertical retouches (the biggest 5cm.) in the upper right corner.
