Zinnias in a vase

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The panel is straight and bevelled on all four edges. The varnish is slightly discoloured. In natural light no obvious damages or retouchings can be detected, except for some local, tiny spots of paint loss, some of them retouched. Locally there is very minor craquelure visible. The original impasto and pigments appear to be beautifully preserved. UV light reveals the aforementioned retouchings covering the small paintlosses.
