The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, some scratches and a few nicks,
- Fittings: secure clasp and safety-catch, with secure chain.
- Emerald: 7 oval cabochon emeralds, with typical inclusions and surface reaching.
- Diamond: numerous diamonds with total approximate weight of 25.00 - 28.00 carats, bright and lively.
