The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, some small scratches and traces of tarnish.
- Additional marks: S12.48, 750, D3.12.
- Sapphire: 12.482 carats (SSEF); with a few typical inclusions.
- Diamond: 102 round diamonds with total stated weight of 3.12 carats, on average G to H colour, VS clarity (a few SI).
