The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: commensurate with age with some traces of tarnish.
- Fittings: secure clasp and safety catch.
- Pearl: A - C strands: 330 pearls, important part of these pearls as beadless saltwater cultured pearls, drilled; D - E: 2 button-shaped saltwater natural pearls, half drilled (SSEF); white to slightly cream bodycolour, partly with rose and green overtones, with typical surface blemish and good luster.
- Diamond: bright and lively.
- Emerald: with typical inclusions.
