Not examined out of the frame. The paper is laid down on canvas and mounted on a stretcher. Paper is slightly undulated. Colors are strong and fresh. A slight rubbed area on the woman's bust and some rubbed spots on the edges. In an important decorated gilt wood frame. A label from a framer on the verso of the frame 'A. Jacquin'.
