124 x 94 cm.).

Our painting has been subject to a rather firm relining which may have flattened the paint layer.
To the naked eye, restoration in the backgrounds along the edges is noticeable.
Ultraviolet examination reveals the afore mentioned restoration. The painting is under an even surface green layer of varnish covering ancient restoration campaigns, notably in the clothing in the lower part. No recent restoration is noticeable.
In a giltwood and golden stucco frame, 18th century style, modern work, oval (approx. 124 x 94 cm.).
