We would like to thank Ólafur Þorvaldsson for proposing an identification of the model with Louise Henriette de Bourbon (1726-1759), known as Mademoiselle de Conti, based on the Portrait of the Duchess of Chartres as Hebe by Jean-Marc Nattier (1685-1766) in the Nationalmuseum in Stockholm (inv. no. NM 1186).
