The painting has been executed on a panel made of one plank which is uncradled. The medium is stable.

To the naked eye, we can see some restoration to the rocks.

Ultraviolet examination reveals the afore mentioned restoration to the rocks. Some grey parts have been slightly reinforced. restoration to the sky are also noticeable. under an even surface, green varnish.

In a 16th century sttyle frame with a red velvet, slightly worn passe-partout (approx. 44 x 54 cm.).
