Le tableau est exécuté sur un carton. L’ensemble est droit et stable.
A l’œil nu, le tableau se présente dans un bel état général. La touche liquide, en matière de l’artiste a été bien préservée. De beaux empâtements sont appréciables dans les rehauts de bleu dans l’eau, dans les rehauts de vert des végétations et dans les personnages au premier plan.
Le tableau est très légèrement encrassé dans le ciel et pourrait bénéficier d’un nettoyage.
On constate une très légère petite griffe dans le coin supérieur gauche, au niveau de la coupole, et deux petites taches brunes dans le coin inférieur droit.
On constate une petite retouche ayant viré dans le ciel. Bon état général aux UV.
La matière reste stable.
Dans un cadre en bois doré (approx. 21,5 x 29 x 2 cm).

The painting is executed on cardboard, this is flat and stable.
The painting is in good overall condition. The artist's liquid touch has been well preserved. Fine impasto can be seen in the blue highlights in the water, the green highlights in the vegetation and the figures in the foreground.
The painting carries some dirt in the sky and would benefit from cleaning.
There is a very slight scratch in the upper left corner, on the dome, and two small brown spots in the lower right corner. There is a minor spot of retouching in the sky that has discoloured with age.
Examination under UV confirms the painting to be in good condition overall. The paint remains stable.
In a giltwood frame (approx. 21.5 x 29 x 2 cm).
