The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Le tableau est peint sur un panneau légèrement biseauté et recouvert d'une préparation sombre au revers.
La planche n'est pas parquetée et l'ensemble est tout à fait stable.
Le tableau possède une jolie matière. On distingue quelques griffures le long du bord inférieur et supérieur, probablement dues à des frottements du cadre.
A la lumière UV, on ne distingue pas de restauration récente. On devine cependant d'anciennes campagnes de restauration sous le vernis (notamment sur la droite de la composition dans les tons sombres de l'arbuste et au centre de la composition). Le tableau est sous un vernis fluorescent, trace de vieux vernis autour de l'étiquette dans le coin inférieur droit.
Dans un cadre en bois doré sculpté (approx. 67 x 96,5 x 11 cm).

The painting is painted on a slightly bevelled board and covered with a dark preparation at the reverse.
The board is uncradled and remains stable.
The painting has a nice texture. There are a few scratches along the lower and upper edges, probably due to rubbing of the frame.
Under UV light, there is no sign of recent restoration. However, old restoration campaigns can be seen under the varnish (particularly on the right of the composition in the dark tones of the shrub and in the centre of the composition). The painting is under a fluorescent varnish, with traces of old varnish around the label in the lower right corner.
In a carved giltwood frame (approx. 67 x 96.5 x 11 cm).
