Le tableau est peint sur une plaque de cuivre doublée d'un châssis en bois. Le support est stable.

A l'oeil nu, on constate que les fleurs ont préservé un beau modelé. Le tableau est sous un vernis irrégulier.

L'examen à la lampe UV laisse penser que le tableau a fait l'objet de retouches ponctuelles dans les fonds. Cependant, l'épaisseur du vernis ne permet pas d'en mesurer l'ampleur.

La matière reste stable.

The painting is executed on a copper support. This is reinforced with a wooden strainer. The whole remains stable.

The painting presents very well in natural light, with the details of the flowers well preserved. The varnish is slightly uneven.

Examination under UV light is precluded by the thickness of the varnish, however there is suggestion of some scattered retouching in the background. The paint remains stable.

In a giltwood and plaster frame with a floral motif (approx. 37 x 30 cm.).
