The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

There are the inevitable minor surface scratches and rubbed areas consistent with age and handling.

The bronzes:
Some wear to the surface of both bronzes.
A trace of an old label and traces of glue to the back of Calcus.
Calcus' sash with a minor loss.

The bases:
The red marble bases are later with restorations.
A loss to the upper border of the base of Iphigeneia. Some chips to both bases.
The underside of both marble bases filled in with plaster.
