Les deux tableaux sont peints sur un panneau biseauté, non parqueté, parfaitement stable. A l'oeil nu, on ne distingue pas de restaurations. On constate quelques éléments de dorures du cadre ayant accroché la matière dans la partie supérieure. Ils sont sous un vernis jaunis.
A l'UV, on ne constate pas de restauration sur le portrait de jeune fille, on constate quelques retouches ponctuelles dans le portrait du jeune garçon (sur la joue, dans le fond bleu dans la partie gauche, et à côté de l'inscription 'Capri').
Sous un vernis uniforme.
Dans un cadre en bois doré et stuc (approx. 43,5 x 39,5 x 8 cm), travail moderne.

The two paintings are executed on panel, these are beveled to the edges and remain stable.
In natural light, the painting presents very well, with no visible restoration. A few elements of the gilding on the frame have stuck to the paint surface along the upper edges. They are under a yellowed varnish.
Examination under UV light reveal no restoration on the portrait of the young girl, but there is some minor scattered retouching retouching on the portrait of the young boy (on the cheek, in the blue background on the left, and next to the inscription ‘Capri’).
