Le tableau est peint sur une plaque de cuivre non parquetée. La plaque gondole légèrement le long du bord supérieur et le long du bord droit.
A l'oeil nu, on constate un petit manque dans le coin supérieur droit au dessus de la toiture, ainsi qu'un autre petit manque en bas dans la neige, vers le centre. On constate une petite oxydation du cuivre au centre de la composition à droite des personnages sur la calèche. Le tableau est légèrement encrassé.
A l'UV, on constate des retouches dans le ciel, certains nuages ont été légèrement renforcés, notamment le long du bord supérieur.
Sous un vernis uniforme.
Dans un cadre en bois peint (approx. 59 x 68 x 6 cm).

The painting is painted on a copper plate, uncradled. The plate is slightly warped along the top and right edges.In natural light, there is a small loss in the upper right-hand corner above the roof, as well as another small loss at the bottom in the snow, towards the centre. There is a small amount of copper oxidation in the centre of the composition to the right of the figures in the carriage. The painting is slightly dirty.
UV retouching of the sky, some clouds have been slightly reinforced, particularly along the upper edge.Under a uniform varnish.
In a painted wooden frame (approx. 59 x 68 x 6 cm).
