Le tableau est peint dans un cercle peint. On voit la préparation crème autour du cercle. Le tableau est sur sa toile d'origine et sur un châssis emboité.
Le tableau est dans un bon état de conservation général avec une jolie matière et de beaux empâtements (notamment au niveau des perles de la coiffe).
Le tableau est sous un vernis jauni.
A l'UV, le tableau ne présente pas de retouches récentes. Traces éventuelles d'une ancienne campagne de restauration sous le coude du modèle et sur le haut de son avant-bras. Sous un vernis uniforme.
Dans un cadre en bois doré (approx. 48,5 x 48,5 x 8,5 cm).

The canvas is unlined, it is held under tension on a stretcher. The cream preparation can be seen around the painted circle of the composition when unframed.
The painting is in a generally good state of conservation, with some fine impasto (particularly around the pearls of the headdress). The painting is under a yellowed varnish.
Examination under UV does not show any recent retouching. There are possible traces of a previous restoration campaign under the model's elbow and on the top of her forearm. The whole is under a uniform varnish.
In a giltwood frame (approx. 48,5 x 48,5 x 8,5 cm).
