The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
It is in our opinion the work is in overall very good condition. The work was inspected out of the frame. There is some minor frame abrasion to the extreme edges, not visible when framed. There is some minor surface dirt and dust. When examined under UV light, there are no visible areas of fluorescence.
