The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
It is in our opinion that the work is in overall very good condition. The work was inspected within its frame and therefore the sides and the back could not be checked. When examined under UV light, there are no signs of inpainting.
