The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Gouache, pen and brush and wash and India ink on wove paper. The edges slightly irregular. Some very minor surface dirt. Some minor rubbing to the sheet in the lower right quadrant, consistent with the artist's use of medium and technique. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally very good condition.
