The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Pastel, brush and India ink, gouache and pencil on card (recto); pencil on card (verso). The lower edge slightly irregular. Some studio stains and handling marks, particularly towards the upper edge and lower left corner. One fox mark visible to the right of the chair. The reverse with minor discolouration. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.
