The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Brush and pen and India ink on Japan paper. Hinged to the mount in two places at the reverse sheet edges. The right and left sheet edges are deckled. Some very soft creases in places mainly inherent to the nature of the Japan paper. The ink is very strong and fresh throughout. Subject to the foregoing, it is in our opinion that this work appears to be in generally very good condition.
Encre de Chine sur papier Japon. Le revers de la feuille est maintenu au montage à deux endroits le long de l’extrémité du bord supérieur. Les bords droit et gauche de la feuille sont non-ébarbés. De très fines froissures par endroits principalement inhérentes à la nature du papier Japon. L’encre est très vive et fraîche sur l’ensemble de la composition. Sous réserve de ce qui précède et selon notre opinion, cette œuvre apparaît en très bonne condition générale.
