The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The group displays minor soiling, including stains and marks at places, all commensurate with age and use. Some minor losses to the paint at places, mainly concentrated to the edges. A few superficial traces of paint to the back of the chair. A few stains and scattered fraying to the cushion, all in good overall condition. The swiveling mechanism of the chairs in working order.
