The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Cette œuvre est vendue sans cadre. Présence de points d’accrétion par endroits sur la surface. Présence de très petites bulles, principalement en périphérie des éléments et probablement dues au marouflage. Présence de quelques traces de frottement par endroits en périphérie, principalement sur l’élément (i). Une fine griffure est visible vers le bord inférieur gauche de l’élément (i). L’élément (ii) présente une légère usure accompagnée d'un minuscule point de manque le long du bord droit, vers la partie inférieure. Examinée à la lumière UV: pas de repeint apparent. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

This work is sold without a frame. There are pinpoint accretions in places to the surface. There are very small bubbles, mostly to the periphery of the elements and most probably due to the mounting. There are a few rubbings in places to the periphery, mostly to the element (i). A thin scratch is visible towards the lower left edge of element (i). The element (ii) presents a slight wear accompanied with a tiny paint loss along the right edge, towards the lower part. Examined under UV light: no visible inpainting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
