The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Cette œuvre est vendue encadrée. La feuille est fixée au revers par du ruban adhésif le long des bords. La feuille principale de la composition pliée en deux. La surface est très légèrement poussiéreuse. Le bord gauche est très légèrement irrégulier. La légère ondulation de la feuille et des collages sont inhérente à la méthode de travail de l'artiste. Présence de résidus de colle dans la partie supérieure et de quelques cassures du papier par endroits, principalement visibles à la périphérie de l'œuvre. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

This work is sold framed. The sheet is hinged on the reverse with adhesive tape along the edges. The main composition sheet is folded in two. The surface is very slightly dusty. The left edge is very slightly irregular. The slight undulation of the sheet and the collages are inherent to the artist’s working method. There are glue residues to the upper part and a few paper creases in places, mostly visible to the periphery of the work. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
