The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Hinged on the reverse at the upper corners to the mat backing with archival tape. Mat-stained and light-stained, consistent with the work's age. Left, right and lower edges deckled. Upper edge is uneven with some nicks from a previous binding. A few stray ink flecks. A small cluster of pinpoint blue stains to the right center edge; a few small stains along the extreme upper edge. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work is in overall good condition.
