The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Hinged on the reverse at the upper corners to the mat backing with archival tape. Mat-stained and light-stained, consistent with the work's age. Slight undulation of the sheet at the extreme upper, lower and right edges. Left edge perforated, inherent to it being from a notebook, with a few associated short tears and flattened creases. Upper and right edges deckled with a few small nicks and flattened creases. A few pinpoints of foxing. Minor concentrated area of tiny stains near the left upper edge. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work is in overall good condition.
