Hinged on the verso at the upper corners to the mat backing with archival tape. Right edge perforated, consistent with it being from a notebook. Short tear to the upper right edge and a minor fold to the left center edge. Flattened crease to the upper left corner. Faint handling creases. Scattered foxing throughout, also visible on the verso.
